I take one scoop of Active Hx HMB mixed with water as soon as I finish my workout. I'm a 64 year old male who works out with weights 4 X's a week, After taking HMB for 2 weeks I already feel stronger, my workouts are more intense and I have much more energy with better recovery. I don't know if this is coincidental but for the past 3 nights I slept through the night without getting up to urinate. Before taking HMB, I would get up 2-3 times a night to go to the bathroom. I love this stuff, I do physical feel stronger and much more energetic. Tim W.
